At this time we are pricing shipment using the best rate obtainable for various methods of delivery to you. If you require special handling please specify that in the comment field provided.
Returns
In the event that you desire to return an item (but we know that you will love the products!) please notify us of your intention to return items a soon as possible via email at: doggieproservices@shopping.doggiepro.com . Include "Return of Item" in your subject line so that we know how to handle your email, and briefly explain why you are returning the product. We expect the item to be returned within 14 days of receipt (you pay shipping) in good condition. We will exchange the merchandise or issue a refund depending on your desire. We will pay postage if an exchange is requested.
